Microgreens are baby versions of full-grown veggies. We harvest them about 7–14 days after they sprout — when they’re still tender, flavorful, and full of color. They’re grown without dirt, using only water and clean nutrients. No sprays, no chemicals.

You can add microgreens to eggs, blend them into smoothies, mix them into salads, top off tacos, stir them into soups, or toss them on sandwiches. They bring a fresh bite to your meal without having to change your whole routine.

Broccoli microgreens in particular have been studied for a compound called sulforaphane.
